He is a mechanical Engineer with design expertise covers Cement Plants, Chemical Plants, Power Plants, Oil & Gas Sector and is in charge of Technical Division of STEM Trading, Engr. Din knows Pakistani Cement Industry since it was established and Mr. Din started serving Cement Industry of Pakistan since 1977. During that time period all cement plants were owned by Pakistan Government. Now almost in every cement plant, all key position holders (like General Managers & Directors) are known to him and are his old mates.
Head of Operations - Engr. Arslan Rashid

He served in the Process industry for 12 years. He is young and very energetic person, who is well versed with Cement Process also has experienced of the complete cement plant installation.
Head of Technical Services - Engr. Sajid Rasheed
(Chemical Engineer)
Holds Masters in Chemical Engineering from Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden coupled with Masters in Total Quality Management from University of Punjab. He has been working in oil & energy sector for 12 years at Hascol Petroleum Limited, TOTAL S.A France and FUCHS Lubritech GMBH Germany in different functions such as Technical Services, Business Strategy, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing and Distribution. Majority he focused Cement industries of Pakistan for Sales & Marketing.
